Edinburgh University Student’s Association’s Marketing and Communications team works to increase engagement with, and sales of, the Association’s activities (both on and offline) through the creation and delivery of effective communications, marketing campaigns and initiatives.
The Marketing and Communications Assistant reports to the Deputy Marketing and Communications Manager and provides administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team, supporting the department to achieve its objectives. The postholder will be able to produce fast and accurate work, undertaken with a keen eye for detail, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
This role enables the development of marketing skills, in a busy and varied environment. The position would suit an enthusiastic, confident and extremely competent administrator with demonstrable experience of working on and supporting successful day-to-day activities and projects.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of undertaking quality administrative work in an office environment. The ideal candidate should have great communication and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. The position would suit an enthusiastic, confident and extremely competent administrator with demonstrable experience of working on and supporting successful day-to-day activities and projects. The successful candidate should also demonstrate and engender a positive and helpful attitude.
